  • Intermediate Goal: reach weight of 200 lbs – completed June 5, 2016
  • Ultimate Target Weight: 180 lbs – completed September 28, 2016

  • June 16, 2015 – purchased the 21 Day Fix from Beachbody – first step towards ultimate goal – weight 314 lbs – waist 48/50 – shirt size 3XL
  • October 1, 2015 – started doing P90 and 21 Day Fix workouts from Team Beachbody – weight 278 lbs – waist 44 – shirt size XXL
  • December 28, 2015 – donated all waist 44 and higher pants and all 3XL shirts to the Rescue Mission – weight 250 lbs – waist 42 – shirt size XXL
  • January 1, 2016 – Set goal to run the Race For The Cure 5K Race in May 2016 – weight 248 lbs – waist 42 – shirt size XXL
  • January 5, 2016 – Started Couch to 5K training plan – first workout: Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes. 5 minute cooldown walk – 1.5miles in 32:20 – first running workout completed
  • March 1, 2016 – donated all waist 42 pants and all remaining 3XL and many 2XL shirts, all 2XL jackets and sweatshirts to the Rescue Mission – weight 231 lbs – waist 38 – shirt size XL
  • April 15, 2016 – weight 217 lbs – waist 38 – shirt size XL
  • May 1, 2016 – weight 212 lbs – waist 38 – shirt size XL – first goal obtained – 100 lbs lost
  • May 14, 2016 – Race For The Cure 5K Completed in 33:43 – second goal obtained – 5K run
